⦁ Olives (Kalamata or green)
⦁ Spanakopita (spinach pie)
⦁ Grilled pita bread
⦁ Saganaki (fried cheese) 

Preparation

1. Prepare the Dips: Make tzatziki, hummus, or other creamy spreads ahead of time to allow the flavors to meld.

2. Assemble the Mezéthes: Arrange olives, feta cheese, and dolmades on a platter. Drizzle feta with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.

3. Warm the Bread: Heat pita bread on a grill or in the oven until soft and slightly charred. Cut into triangles for easy serving.

4. Cook Fresh Bites: Prepare warm appetizers like spanakopita and saganaki just before serving to ensure they’re fresh and crispy.
